Some of the best customer service I have ever received! We didnt notice we had ordered different sizes for the top and bottoms on the order...we were contacted by text to ask if this was intentional.... Näytä lisää

Item arrived in a timely manner. Was well packed in large box and packing material. Despite this some of the thin metal fins / wings were bent, not really a problem as I was able to reshape them easi... Näytä lisää

Looks good, spins well!

Item arrived in a timely manner. Was well packed in large box and packing material. Despite this some of the thin metal fins / wings were bent, not really a problem as I was able to reshape them easily.
Easily mounted and looks good, spins well even in light breeze.

Excellent service provided by 2wDistribution

The service provided by 2wDistribution was excellent. I had a question prior to ordering and received a prompt, informative email response. The helmet is everything it was described to be and came well packaged all the way to Canada with extras I was not expecting, such as a bag, extra parts and stickers. Even better, the product was on sale for an amazing price. I would definitely order again and recommend 2wDistribution to others.

Brilliant customer service

Some of the best customer service I have ever received! We didnt notice we had ordered different sizes for the top and bottoms on the order...we were contacted by text to ask if this was intentional. In the long run this saved disappointment and returning incorrect items. we discussed the changes via text and the order arrived exactly as we wanted. Fantastic customer service, with 'real people' dealing with orders!
