J'utilise depuis quelques mois SyncBackFree et j'avoue que cette application frise la perfection. Une interface parfaite (assez intuitive) et une application très riche en fonctionnalités. Je ne l'utilise évidemment pas à fond !
C'est mieux que certaines applications professionnelles !

Voilà, quand c'est bien, il faut aussi le dire.

SyncBackSE was preventing me from adding a new SyncBack Touch device (for a total of 2 "free" devices). I tried to find a third device (which I assumed was my previous phone) but failed. Tech Support (Swapna) was able to guide me to provide appropriate trace information and then found the offending profile. I was surprised that it was a group profile containing a "run when SyncBack Touch starts on the device" setting. I had to restart SyncBackSE to complete the fix from the profile change.

While there was an initial misunderstanding regarding licenses required, resulting in my purchasing a secondary license, this was quickly resolved with the following response along with a expedited refund. I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided, along with being extremely satisfied with their excellent and highly optioned product.

My brother told me about SyncBack many years ago. I figured it was a fairly standard backup program. Now I realize that it's one of the most sophisticated backup programs there is. Not only that, but it's very robust programs I've ever used. It's one of few programs I've used (and I've used many big name programs and apps) that never crashes and always works. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Very good helpdesk (Swapna Naraharisetty: thank you). Solved known softproblem in no time, right to the spot. I was licensed and payed user for the backup software. The little money is very worthful.

I've been using Syncback for at least 10 years. I use the SyncbackSE flavor. The free version is great, but I have some more advanced needs. It's never failed me and has saved me countless times. I use it on 5 disks on my main machine as well as others thru my LAN. While it is highly customizable, new users can easily set up very powerful simple tasks and incrementally learn other features.

The customer service is outstanding. If you don't understand something or have a problem, they will unfailingly work with you.

I can't recommend Syncback enough

A few weeks ago I was in front of two roads, I have three PCs and a "NAS" on a working PC I don't keep anything,
on the other two I keep my data by making a mirror copy between them, the NAS I use it as
media server. Over a period of about two months I found myself with three discs that had problems!
I have all the control tools so I could fix it in time so as not to lose the data!
The discs I use are top quality (WD RED / BLUE etc. large size) therefore very expensive, replacement
of these it cost me about 600 € so I did the math and taking advantage of two excellent companies (Icedrive and pCloud),
which grant (thanks for this) the possibility of lifetime purchase I proceeded to purchase both,
So in the near future if I have problems on the PCs I will not fix them, so I will only be left with a desktop and a laptop,
saving on hardware what I spent in the cloud (I hope).
Now the security problem presented itself and I tried almost every program available to perform
the backup from local on the cloud, for the local network I use "Sinchredible" an exceptional program but that does not have
possibility of encryption, clouds have encryption systems, but I want to be even more secure!
After trying several programs I chose "SincBackPro" this outstanding software has advanced features that
they are also present in others but in "SincBackPro" they are presented in a clear and clean way, but powerful and safe,
also you can choose between simple or advanced settings, then it has the encryption function
AES 256 compatible Winzip 9 in addition to compression, I have so far backed up 500GB c.a. and not
i had no problem! To test its effectiveness I even interrupted the network, and the program
it reported me the error without crash (crash occurred on other similar programs), then after network reset
has resumed the backup, the report at the end of each operation is fantastic in beautiful html graphics, and is accurate, in
others the reports are only in text format and you have to look for the right line in case of errors, in "SincBackPro" instead
everything is clear and "navigable", if there are errors just click on the highlighted link to see the details.
Profiles can be divided into groups and profiles can be added or deleted in each group
simple and fast, it has the possibility of direct access to various major clouds and also the webdav function, not
there is direct access for Icedrive and pCloud but I had contact with the support and I asked if they could insert them,
they replied to me within 10 hours in a competent and professional manner, and would have considered my request then
even on the speed of the support everything is ok!
I am writing this to give advice to people who have had the same problems as me and who don't know
what to try, try this software! There are so many things in this software that I haven't mentioned, like the
possibility of installing it on multiple PCs or the low price and the possibility of having it in many languages,
and much more, but only by seeing with your eyes can you be sure, go to their website and take a look.

This is the best synchronise Program that i've seen so far. I am just very sorry that i found out this program just now. The infinite amount of features that this program offers for Backup, Synchronisation and mirroring fits every single possible scenario and desire. It is a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but if you spend a little bit of time trying to study the program, it will be in 1 day or 2 very logic and the benefits that you will have from it will greatly win over the few hours spent concentrating on it :)

Quick response - soved problem first time.

I found Swapna to be very responsive and helpful in resolving my issue with SyncBack Pro.

I love SyncBackSE, but I had a bit of a problem figuring out how to have logs emailed to me. I read all the docs, but it was a misunderstanding on my part. Their support group responded within a day and the problem was solved. Very nice product and good support from 2BrightSparks.

Tech support was awesome. I had an issue were a group profile would not run properly. I contacted tech support and the issue was resolved promptly.

I'm a photographer where backup is all important, especially when it's a wedding! What really impressed me was the ease that I setup different types of backup, all with different backup times (this can be achieved with using just the profiles, or grouping profiles together. So I have one group every 15 days, another every 2 days, and a last one (the most important one continually). The other highlight to me was the ability to backup directly from my Ubuntu server (using SAMBA) to the NAS drive. This backup program has more options to cover every base, some of which I will probably never use. And their support is very fast and friendly. If you are looking for a solid backup program, I don't think you will go far wrong, Especially as they have a free version, a cheaper version and the pro version. I probably didn't need the pro version, but I'm not regretting it.

J'utilise ce logiciel depuis des années. Très fiable. J'ai signalé une petite coquille. J'ai été informé de sa correction dans la journée.

Sans aucun doute le meilleur outil de sauvegarde existant et GRATUIT. Je l'utilise depuis des années et ça m'a sauvé de bon nombre de restaurations après les plantages ou virus sous ce satané Windows. Bravo aux développeurs.
La dernière version que j'ai téléchargée comprenait un petit bug de traduction en français. J'ai envoyé un reporting et ils ont immédiatement corrigé le programme. Encore merci.

I'm a long-term user of their SyncBack product. They are a fantastic company and very transparent too, I asked a technical question about the hashing algorithms they use late last night, and received a comprehensive response this morning. Great!

SyncBackSE verwende ich seit 2014 zum Sichern meiner gesamten Daten auf USB-Laufwerken - teilweise täglich, monatlich Gesamt (für 2 Monate gespeichert), Jahressicherung. Es ist ein tolles Programm, verlässlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Mein einziges Problem (innerhalb 6 Jahren) war eine Blockade durch Windows 10 Scheduler wegen des Anmeldepassworts, aber das wurde von einer sehr kompetenten Serviceabteilung umgehend gelöst. Sehr zufrieden!

SyncBack Pro does exactly what I need - backing up my Dropbox files to an external hard drive. The settings can be overwhelming - but tech support is just an email away. Great product!
