I reported a problem with my license key, the support team reacted quickly and got it resolved within 24hours. That's not just a support by name but by act!

I have been using Syncback Free for many years now and it has worked flawlessly for me. Recently I upgraded my NAS and at the same time thought I would like to upgrade my backup process as well to include versioning. So after many hours playing with the new sw my new NAS came with, plus scouring the web for other sw, found that the Syncback SE version was the best for me. Syncback does what I want it to exactly and is easy to use. A great product

Hiermit korrigiere ich meine ursprünglich negative Bewertung, da der Kundendienst mir letztlich doch noch helfen konnte. Für einen einfachen PC-Anwender, der lediglich eine unverschlüsselte Datensicherung (Vollsicherung mit täglichen inkrementellen Sicherungen) einrichten möchte, erscheint die Software zunächst recht komplex. Gleichzeitig bietet sie jedoch viele Möglichkeiten und ist sehr vielseitig einsetzbar.
Zu Beginn hatte ich etliche Schwierigkeiten, unter anderem mit den englischen Hilfetexten. Auch nach der deutschen Übersetzung waren manche Anleitungen nicht eindeutig, waren missverständlich und führten zu Fehlprogrammierungen.
Im zweiten Anlauf konnte mir der Support jedoch mit einer verständlich formulierten E-Mail weiterhelfen. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass sogar die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises angeboten wurde, falls ich weiterhin nicht zufrieden gewesen wäre. Inzwischen funktioniert alles wie ursprünglich von mir gewünscht, und ich habe darüber hinaus noch zusätzliche Funktionen entdeckt, die für mich nützlich sind. Mein Vorschlag an den Support: Stellen Sie den deutschsprachigen Nutzern ähnlich klare, verständliche und einfache Anleitungen wie in der Support-E-Mail direkt in den Hilfetexten zur Verfügung. Nicht jeder Anwender ist IT-Spezialist.

SyncBack is a very complex system that has been reduce to simplicity for us users. Occasionally, I received an error attributed to my i9nstallation error upon upgrading to the newer version. Their Tech support, specifically, Swapna, were quick to help me resolve the error. They're great and the software is wonderful!

2BrightSparks responded to my support ticket even though I am a free ware user, going beyond their normal terms of business.

The advice provided was succinct and accurately recognised my problem, provided the solution and how to address it. Problem solved.

J'utilise Synckback pro depuis 2009 (17 ans déjà !) et suis extrêmement satisfait par ses fonctionnalités. Très fiable, ce qui est important quand on confie toutes ses données à un logiciel, il propose de nombreux paramétrages, trop peut-être quand on n'est pas un geek !
C'est le logiciel que j'utilise le plus, après Windows...

I have often had difficulty when installing new versions of BrightSparks Synchback program upgrades over the years, but I always have excellent luck when contacting their customer support for help. Each time, I've been fortunate enough to reach Ms. Swapna N. She's always answered promptly, usually the very next day, and has stuck with me over sometimes multiple exchanges. She's extremely patient and nice, and her instructions are clear and effective. I highly recommend Ms. N. and the program I most use from BrightSparks, Synchback SE (currently v. 12). Kudos to BrightSparks for having such wonderful standards in hiring Ms. N.!

I have recently installed SyncBackSE. It is a 'feature rich' product and I contacted their help desk twice with questions about customising the product. In both cases I received a response within 24 hours that fully answered my questions.

I've been using the Syncback Pro software on multiple machines for a few years now. After the Win-11 upgrade there was a (settings) issue which was solved rapidly. Excellent support!

Great program - clean and intuitive interface, works well, immediate response from support (on a weekend!) to a question. Highly recommended.

A kind and interested person who understands the program SyncBackSE thoroughly investigates the question and explains to me the steps needed for finding the solution. Already on the same day I became good advice how to change the settings: The problem has been solved.

I had installed the SyncBack Touch app on my phone and wanted to back up my music files on my PC with SyncBackSE, but I couldn't connect the phone to the PC. I asked 2Brightsparks' helpdesk for help and got an immediate response, even though it was a Sunday! And this employee told me the right solution and now I can make backups very easily.

Excellent customer service - not easy given the circumstances.
