Very prompt response to query. Clearly explained the additional infomation that they requried and, after providing it, they responded quickly with clear and concise instructions for resolution. Overall, very efficient!

The 2BrightSparks support person was very responsive, but didn't immediately spot an invalid SyncBackSE parameter which I appear to have read somewhere (probably an AI summary!). He worked with me to solve my problem quite rapidly.

I'm using SyncBack Pro by 2BrigtSparks for automatic file backups for many years. It just always worked on all Windows platforms, including old Win7 and with all my NAS devices.
Just recently when a new release was not working on Win7, they immediately released a beta with fix and immediately replied on my service request.
Very dependable product and company and very reasonable price.

They worked with me until we were able to resolve the issue and were very attentive to the situation.

Pro version is incredibly useful and can just about backup anything to anywhere.

I asked the 2BrightSparks support department to help me with the configuration of SyncBackFree. Within half an hour I received an comprehensive answer with a solution. Despite the fact that the free version does not offer support.
SyncBackupFree is a great backup program and I really appreciate the Helpdesk. I recommend them.

I've been using SyncBack Pro for a few drives since 2012. From time to time, it's been invaluable in finding a deleted file or using as a reference. Recently, I discovered that one of the backups hadn't been backing up as expected for awhile, although the program said it was. Swapna, the developer, gave me his time with great patience to help discover the problem and fix it. He also provided some clarifications and suggestions on how I could improve my experience with the program.

SyncbackSE/Pro is very straightforward but powerful back software. It works very well and has a wealth of options to meet most any needs. I'vebeen using it since 2008 and will continue to do so.

Good tech support is rare these days. I had an issue that I thought might not be fixable, in which one part of a pre-backup routine was not working under certain conditions. I wondered whether it would be able to be resolved. But to my surprise, the tech support agent had an immediate answer and the recommended fix worked perfectly.

I would like to leave a message about the SyncBack software. I contacted the Helpdesk, which was remarkably responsive. They resolved my issue in no time.
I highly recommend this very professional publisher and their software, which is both effective and useful.

SyncBack Pro is an excellent product. For many years, I have used it to mirror my dropbox cloud account to an external drive. It has worked perfectly and is worth a lot more than the price of the software! When I recently upgraded to the newest version, I received some errors. But customer support was fast and responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. It's working perfectly again.
