I started working with 1688 in 2026, and honestly, the beginning was rough — really rough.

My first few deliveries arrived with missing and damaged items, and then the customer assistant I had been working with left the company. I was transitioned to another customer assistant, but the transition wasn’t smooth at all. At the time, I didn’t understand what was happening, and I felt frustrated and, honestly, a little lost because I couldn’t get the support I needed to troubleshoot the issues with my orders.

Not Direct from Factories (Agency Model): This site is not a direct factory supplier. They simply act as an intermediary agency that receives goods from various factories and repackages them for shipping connection.

Exorbitant Fees: Service fees are unreasonably high compared to the actual product costs. Customers are hit with multiple hidden charges, including a 4% Bank Fee, a 4% Platform Fee, and very expensive shipping costs.

Poor Customer Service: Customer support is extremely slow, and it is very difficult to get in touch with someone to resolve issues.

Misleading Product Images & Quality Issues: The item pictures shown on the site are not real representations of what you receive. They often send cheap, low-quality knockoff versions that the platform cannot control. Additionally, many scam factories on the site never ship out the goods at all.

Unfair Cancellation & Refund Policy: Getting cancellations and refunds takes a painfully long time. When you request a refund, they refuse to return all the fees you paid—including shipping fees and service charges—only refunding the base item cost. On every single order, you end up losing 10% to 30% of your total payment permanently.

False Association Claims: Their marketing claims of being part of the "Alibaba Group" are completely untrue, and they have no official connection to 1688.com either.

Recent Rebranding and Price Hikes (Fabulk.com): Due to accumulating customer issues, they changed their site name to Fabulk.com and jacked up all selling item prices by up to 35%. While the factories never raised their prices, Fabulk did—claiming it was for "better quality control," which is completely unjustified.

I have ordered several products from this website and every time the service has been fast, reliable and well handled.

With my last order, a few products were unfortunately stolen by the courier company during delivery. However, the seller handled the situation very professionally and resent the missing products without any problems.

They truly kept their promise of 100% delivery, and I really appreciate their honesty, communication and customer service.

placed order on 6/6/2026 still not recieved order....got in touch with customer service, they said one item was unable to ship for refund they place $1 in wallet of the $1.52 spent for the product. that was 34% charge for a product they could not ship. Terrible scam company. Placed my order and waited like 3 weeks. Then I received an email from them telling me to follow a link to a site where I needed to send additional shipping cost. I didn't. What a bunch of bs. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

slow motion, I leave message for issue 4 times within a week, the issue was ---my order had arrive in 1688order warehouse but can't be shipped to me, because in "measuring " condition. After a week my order still under "measuring" condition. I don't know why they try to hold my order. How long will it take to measuring a samll item? ask them how soon they can ship your order before you pruchase,

I have used this website several times now and is much cheaper than other websites. I have personally been to their office and had a meeting with them to place large bulk orders. Im amazed at the number of products they have listed and the prices are incredible.

Made an order for custom printed rolls of labels for my small business, the customer service was excellent. The rep was friendly, responsive and worked with us all the way through. The price is also really good compared to some domestic services.

They provide you with samples before printing out your order, and the shipment time for the completed order was very fast (about 1 week) considering it was shipped from china to the uk.

We are first time buyers but seemed very straightforward and simple because Willa was there for us from start to complete. Her communication skills were next to non. We can not thank her enough. I recall my reviews on 1/16/2026 below which they asked me to leave a good review when I start order from them but now It became my nitemare. Many issues and processing charge back I keep losing my money and hard to get answerd back from blessed Ms. Willa. She is the most busy person in this world can't reach out.

They claim delivery duration is 30-60 days Big scam. It’s been 3 months I haven’t received my products. Some products like silver crest is advertised on their social media but can’t be found in their platform.
