Need better communication

They should indicate inventory may not be coming from the US and shipment times may be considerably long. 10-14 days

You're absolutely right, our products are shipped from France, which may lead to longer delivery times to the US (2 to 3 business days for express, 5 to 10 with USPS). While this isn't always immediately clear during the checkout process, the delivery time is still correctly estimated and clearly displayed before confirming the order. The estimated delivery time takes into account whether the products ordered are in stock or not. If they are not in stock, the usual restocking time is 8 to 10 days.

We strive to keep our service reliable and our pricing competitive to make up for the slightly longer delivery times.

I gave 5 stars, because your seals were of high quality, and exactly as advertised, the dimensions were perfect. The shipping time was a bit longer than expected, but I realized that was due to them coming to the US from France- wasn't too bad considering.
Overall good experience, will do more business, and recommend to others. These seals were used to rebuild a Kent surface grinder hydraulic cylinder.
