Next day delivery didn’t arrive
Bought some oil seals from the website and paid extra for next day delivery. They didn’t show up and on further examination I notice they’re a French company and ship from France. If you’re expecting next day I would shop elsewhere as they have to clear customs. I asked for a refund of the postage but they’re only willing to refund the difference between next day and regular postage cost. This doesn’t help me with the delay as I’m now being held up.
I don’t like to leave poor reviews but this doesn’t warrant a good one.

I am sorry that the bearings you received weren't up to your expectations. Our technical department did analyze your pictures and videos, and wrote you a reply.
They answered that there is nothing abnormal for the clearance of this bearing. Indeed, in order for it to withstand high temparatures, the bearing has more clearance so that the steel expands properly when heated.
When cold it will be like that with this set, but when it heats up the play will no longer be present.
If you wish to return this bearing to us for a refund, it is also possible. Here is our return policy :

No UK stock
UK site advertises products with next day delivery but in fact it was ordered in from abroad and took ages to arrive. Never again.

Thank you for your comment. Indeed, we are French based and while our wharehouse is not in the UK, we do offer next day delivery for orders placed up to 15:30 pm (France time).
Unfortunately, our transport services are not perfect, and a small part of our shipments are subject to delays. In those cases, we encourage you to contact our customer service team, which will gladly offer a compensation or solution, such as a refund of the urgent delivery fee.
