The website is very misleading…
The website is very misleading 123bearings.co.uk . I thought I was buy from a UK site . Only to be given a £55 import duty bill by the courier. .
Admittedly, postage was fast but with the import tax and postage I could have purchased them a lot cheaper from the UK . I feel I was conned into thinking it was a UK company with the title ending in “co.UK “

I'm really sorry to hear that your experience didn't go as planned.
In fact, even though our company name ends in .uk, we're actually a French company. We're sorry if this isn't made very clear and you have to do some research on our site (by going to About us). We've escalated the problem to our IT department.
As for the custom fees, even if the domain is .uk to show that we are able to work with the United Kingdom, we indeed ship from France. Most of orders shipping to United Kingdom are not subject to custom fees as the value is usually fairly low.

123Bearings had the oil seal I needed
123Bearings had the oil seal I needed. Took about 8 days to arrive from France but I was not in a hurry for the the seal. So all good and only thing I could be critical about id the 8 day wait!

Dimensions are not connected to axle "inner" diameter
I was looking for a radial ceiling with dimension 64*90*13. The important thing is the axle or cam diameter. I found it to be 64 millimeters. Therefore I select a double ceiling with that inner diameter. When I finally get them i found out that the inner dimension is 64 millimeter. That means that the seal will not close tightly. I can't find any information on how to calculate how much smaller the inner diameter should be. With that knowledge, the seal is useless compared to the seal I intended it to replace. How many sites that sell seals should I specify the inner diameter?
