Very responsive customer service through the chat feature online, and delivery was quick (within 1 month). I converted my Brompton using this kit 3 months ago now and haven't looked back! I like the fact I can still fold up my Brompton as normal with battery installed. The OLED handlebar display is an add-on worth having for convenience of adjusting power assist level on the go. Shaved 8 minutes off my commute! It is a great product, easy to install (good installation videos online) and so far have had no issues.

This part was for replacing a failed part after 1y of usage. Good advices, good video, it worked as told, just the transportation is slow and despite the parts is free, the transport is not.
Anyway this kit is working well with few equivalents for my need, retrofitting my long range trekking bike, because my 50+ long experience in being young biker.

100G had exceptional good service - quick reactiontime and helpful advice. unfortunately I received a different controller than I had before so my light cables wouldn't fit anymore. had to wait two more weeks for the cables to arrive. after attaching the cables the new controller who had worked properly wouldn't work anymore. 100G requested a video from me - I only sent a picture because nothing worked/moved anyway...

Good quality, some of the rubber accesoires to tighten the bottle are poor quality. Also the key bottle lock is poor quality. But overall very pleased by the quality of the motors and bottles

Bestellprozess und Kommunikation liefen problemlos. Die Lieferung dauerte zwar eine Weile, ging aber doch schneller sls beschrieben. Die Lieferung war vollständig. Alles war einbaufertig. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

100G-tech hat wieder prima Ware geliefert. Ein Stern Abminderung gab es für fehlende Richtlinien zur Erstbestellung vor zwei Jahren. Damals hatte ich vorschnell und ahnungslos ein 350Watt-Modell bestellt und bin erst in den verg.Monaten auf die Erkenntnis gestoßen, dass alles oberhalb von 250Watt Antriebsleistung in Deutschland unzuläassig ist. Ich möchte nicht bei meinen Radreisen in eine Kontrolle geraten, wo mir die Nutzung des Ebike untersagt wird. Vielleicht könnte der Händler diesbezüglich Hinweise geben… So musste ich mir dieses neue Antriebsrad mit 250 Watt Leistung bestellen.
