Don’t bother.
The adverts with people’s voicemails have got to be fake. This company is the worse. Everytime I’ve called I’ve been hung up on mid conversation. Octopus are the ones who said about getting a smart meter fitted. Booked an appointment, closest one 3 months away and had to take a day off work for that, then one day before the appointment they cancel it via text! Despite me having 19844992 thousand emails / texts reminding me of the appointment. Said they’d be in touch, and randomly booked an appointment for us another three months away. Anyway he comes to fit the meter but can’t do the whole thing as he can’t actually connect the smart meter, so left the property without actually fitting it properly - said someone would be in touch to come and finish it and guess what no one has. I’ve rang and guess what, got hung up on!
