Excessive SPAM, beware!
Excessive SPAM, STOP already!
While the hotels are ok and staff on location are friendly, their customer service (online) is a joke. Response times are over a week and the amount of SPAM they send you once your email address is in their system is incredible. 2 or 3 mails a day, each day, every day. I have unsubscribed, blocked, marked as spam and there is simply no way to stop their junk emails from flooding my inbox. I will NEVER spend a single dollar at their hotels again and will send a registered letter to head offices to ask to STOP sending endless SPAM.
