Don’t buy from this company terrible experience I bought oven which was damaged on delivery requested a replacement or a refund they first asked for photos which I sent them then they keep saying we are still assessing photos took them two days then offered me £20 discount which I didn’t want I ask them to give refund instead or a new oven as I needed the oven urgently for a rented flat but No customer care are too busy to respond quick enough I had to go somewhere else to buy new oven and had to use resolution centre in PayPal to get my money back and on top of that I had to pay from my pocket for return of the oven it took about 2 weeks to get my money back absolutely rubbish company to buy from
