NO customer service, no goods delivered.

UPDATE: They have finally emailed me, a week later, with a 'good will gesture' of 20% off my next order....

Needless to say that I won't be ordering from them again. If you couldn't get the first order correct and couldn't reply to me in time then why would I attempt to order from you in the future, especially for a 'good will gesture' of just 20% off next purchase.



Ordered something 6 days ago, with next day delivery promised, still have not received anything.

I then tried to ring the number on their website, which I was told was for something else, and to email them. I have sent 3 emails and have wrote to them on their website as well, and have had NO response.

Awful (NO) customer service, no delivery and was expecting it for Mother's Day as a gift.

So dissapointed. Had to contact my bank and retract the payment, thankfully they refunded me and stopped the payment.

This company seems very dodgy, and I feel I have been scammed.

I would not recommend ordering from them.

Looking at other reviews they have mentioned 'their systems have been down' which seems very convenient. You should still be able to deliver the goods or reply to customers, and if you can't then you should have that on your website.

Thankfully my bank have refunded me and blocked the payment.

UPDATE ON THE BELOW:

I have received a call (which I missed) and voicemail from Glow green and an email along with the below telling me they want to look into this. WAY TOO LATE IN THE DAY.

Funny how when you put up a negative review they want to resolve the issue yet when you are in the process of having the issue you cannot get a call back or email from anyone.

This pretence of trying to help now because of a bad review is awful. I would have appreciated your help at the actual time I needed it not after all the stress you have caused me.

Good luck getting any communication from them once you have paid, especially if you have any issues.

UPDATE ABOVE --------

I used glow green before and they were good so I decided to use them a second time on my new home and boy did I regret it.

Firstly, they got the installation dates mixed up. I took off work only to have an email the night before saying my installation would be two weeks later. It was a mix up on their end. I was away so had to rearrange dates and my trip because of this. While I was on the phone to the ‘scheduling manager’ I asked to speak with the man who I dealt with and who promised me the installation date I had and she refused to put me through to him. Luckily he called back after I sent an email but the woman was extremely rude and would not let me speak to him.

They then told me the equipment needed to be delivered before the installation date which was not told to me when I paid my deposit. They didn’t allow the driver to help with bringing in the equipment so I damaged by back while bringing it in and now months later still am in agony.

They told me I had to pay an extra fee to get an engineer out, so I said I’d wait and just let them come on the day. So at no point did they send someone to see if the installation could be done.

When the engineer arrived, I was made aware of the following. The installation couldn’t be done due to my housing structure, but he also told me they had sold me the wrong equipment. Be careful what outdoor unit you order because if it doesn’t match the units combined wattage then they won’t run at their proper speed. I was told that they were aware of this and they do it all the time to people as customers dont usually notice. They also didn’t tell me on the phone that I may need planning permission and they are legally obliged to say this. I was also told I may need to pay for scaffolding which would cost up to 3k. Just seemed to be constantly trying to wriggle more money out of me with all these sudden issues.

In the end I got them to take the equipment back and to refund me my deposit. It took 4 days of me chasing up ringing and emailing to get the date sorted for them to collect the equipment. They kept saying they would ring me back but never did. In the end they told me when they were collecting it and so I stayed in for the whole day to wait for this collection that was apparently happening before 2pm. At 4.30pm still nothing so I had to get it collected another day.

The whole experience was extremely stressful and left me very upset and disappointed.

I would not recommend as they just seem to be all over the place and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It seems they’re telling everyone in their reviews they are looking into these issues but they clearly are not and I have never had to chase up a company so much. The lies they feed you are extremely concerning. I really would advise against using them unless you have time on your hands to be messed about, want dreadful communication, injuries and wrong equipment that isn’t what you paid for.
