A huge thank you for the excellent customer service given by Sian (hopefully spelling correct) on Monday 9th March 2026 who works in the Chester store . Efficient, professional and most helpful employee. An excellent representative for The White Company. Sian was very expedient in sourcing a particular item of clothing which was in short supply online. I rang the Chester store to source this item and Sian went over and above to ensure that I was successful in sourcing the clothing item.

Outstanding, professional company to deal with. Amy deserves a mention. As her customer care contributes significantly to my comments. Lovely products as well.

Excellent correspondence from Sophie. I had to return a gift which I made for my daughter. Just different preferences. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and prompt correspondence. I only wish that I knew about this company years ago. Their prints are beautiful.

Dear Mr Krueger

Following two phone calls made to your customer service team on Friday morning 20th October and Saturday morning 21st October requesting to send me a postage label so that I can return a filter part for my V10 vacuum cleaner. I was told that the postage label would be sent to me within 24/48 hours and it is now the 27th October and I have not received anything. I am very disappointed in the customer service displayed by Dyson. Do you outsource your customer service department as I am very surprised at their inability in dealing with this simple task, not withstanding that I even have to request a postage label. A rather antiquated practice, surely a return postage label should be included in the package.

Today I have emailed this information to Mr Roland Krueger ( chief executive since 2020) so let’s hope he values customer service and actions a response to deal with his appalling customer service department.
