Appalling indifference to customers, my boots took 6 weeks to arrive, OC box correct size, sadly inside a totally different size too small - 4 Emails, DM’s = zero response. Lost £95 and time, hassle.
Forced to engage my card company to try and get a response: Return/ exchange/ refund.

Poor quality- cheap Chinese items …. Wasted my money

Outstanding experience from this specialist sales / service dealer…. They looked after me and my old Range Rover L322 very well indeed. Personalised service from the first interaction from the whole team.

Appalling, Frasers and Evri between them caused me a world of pain, wasted hours of my time on chat and email, nobody ever responded until in total exasperation I started a claim back process with American Express….
Avoid if you value your time and actually want to receive the goods you have purchased…

Evri delivered my parcel to another / incorrect address on Wednesday neither Evri or Frasers seem to care ….
I don’t have the item and have lost over £100 and wasted hours trying to resolve…

The new experience of would you like fries /chocolate with that….a la McDonalds and WHSmith frankly is embarrassing for staff and irritating for customers. Ok actually it’s batteries and wrapping paper, but you get the point…. Please re think this, really spoils the customer experience and brand integrity…

Commercially arrogant not customer focused. Signed me up on free trial, I really didn’t notice until an alert / statement from PayPal, Tidal response to keep all the money. I used the service 3 times, music curations not as good as Spotify, Apple Music.
A real slap in the face after 30 years of B&O loyalty…

Just had my 94th call …. Reported to Ofcom again….

Poor quality - feel stupid I bought the cameras: made a big ish order … service team efficient at settling claims / making refund offers.
I settled on 75% refund v hassle of packing
(In original flimsy packaging) and sending back to China… pretty clear not straightforward and at my (Customer) cost!
At least I got the refund promptly I guess.
The services staff were very efficient.
But lost almost £100…

Product didn’t suit me, whilst customer service agent Joanna was great … no return label so £8.00 to send back to Belfast, Brexit! = Customs declaration. I also lost the original tax and shipping fees.
Positively it was a no quibble return (as t should be 14 days etc) and I got the cost of the item shown on Instagram back.
Clearly Brexit wasn’t the fault of W&H but as a consumer on mainland UK it certainly costs its customers money.

Sadly I don’t think the two people delivering on behalf of Kettler had any understanding of your “white glove” ethos… certainly not able to read delivery instructions… called me twice for the same information they already had. Didn’t fancy getting out of the van, I was asked to meet them… Working so not ideal.
