Order delivered 4 days late and after…

Order delivered 4 days late and after the event it was intended for, given reason the usual ‘delay due to a supply chain issue’. Bad communication, customer service showed no interest in my delivery problem, 0800 number for voicemail only, WhatsApp no response, email slow, arrogant and condescending response. Product that was supposed to be fresh was frozen and arrived half-thawed. Reviews in their website deceivingly all 5* but real reviews in Trustpilot are not so great. Will not use again and would advise anybody to avoid London Grocery.

Bad website, bad app and bad customer service

Website has many flaws. The app can't be used for managing space owners accounts. Customer service reply initially to queries but then consider it as resolved and completely ignore follow up emails for the same query. Timings on their website is particularly bad and cause confusion i.e. booking for arriving Tue 19 Sep at 00:00 and departing Wed 20 Sep at 00:00 - it's impossible to know if the booking has been made for 24 or 48 hours. There were 2 bookings cancelled with notifications of the cancellation sent after the booking date. Bookings made at the last minute with notifications sent only to email and not to mobile. In reply to my complaint I was told that my mobile wasn't verified, even though I had received notification of bookings to my mobile prior to that. Even after verifying the mobile as they instructed I still didn't receive notification on my mobile for one booking. I therefore have to constantly check my email for bookings. I've reported all these problems but YPS don't seem interested in resolving them. And I've been a member for less than 4 months.
