Dead plants on arrival and no funds
Very dissatisfied with quality of the plants, and the recent customer support following. In short: spent like 600€ on dead plants and no refund despite complaint with pictures. We ordered 200 bare rooted liguster (privet) and we could see that half of them were dead on arrival. Very dry roots, dried buds and some mould. Planted them anyway with fertilizer and automatic watering and took photos and contated Garmundo. Few months later we concluded that they were infact dead and we had to remove almost all out of 200 plants. After new pictures and info were sent to Garmundo we were offered 30% on a NEW purchase. Like that would make us happy after them delivering completely dead plats. And we thought we did everything right by making contact directly and then again after giving it some time. Very dissapointed and would advise potential buyers to go elsewhere.
