Crap service
I ha booked and paid to stay here out of the blue they just cancelled and told me I will have to wait two wks to get any money back , absolute joke I wouldn't bother with the place they ha e no scruples

We’re very sorry for the stress and disruption this caused. Unfortunately, your booking was affected by a rare technical error on Booking.com’s side, which incorrectly displayed one of our studios at £2 per night. We reported the issue immediately, and Booking.com confirmed and corrected the error.
Booking.com wrote to you and offered to honour the corrected booking rate, but you chose not to proceed, which is why the reservation was ultimately cancelled. While this situation was entirely outside of our control, we completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the impact on your plans.
As a long-standing 5-Star Superhost, we pride ourselves on excellent guest service and reliability. This incident was not caused by us, and does not reflect the standards that have earned us our rating and reputation.
For clarity, we never received your funds — all payments and refunds are handled by Booking.com’s system. Any delay is due to their process, though your refund should be completed shortly.
