The box arrived on time complete with lid. Quality appears fine and should be strong enough for the job.

The two magnets did the job perfectly: clamping a remoted FT857 radio panel onto a portable mounting box to position on top of the dash.
Items arrived promptly.

LATER UPDATE: The gentleman got back to me later on and apologised for the lack of communication which was caused by a variety of factors at his end. He kindly arranged a refund due to the air bag problem and also a link to possibly more suitable seat covers. In the meanwhile, he suggested I check the already supplied covers for fit as his suggested replacements were based on the seat covers already supplied. Unfortunately, the already supplied covers do not fit the seats. The search continues...
I have upgraded my review rating as he did eventually get back to me and apologise for the non-communication which is more than I expected. Thanks.
Further Update: having sorted which seat covers were likely to fit, these were delivered and fit fine. I appreciate the follow-up from the company. Thanks.

The item was reasonably priced and available at one of my two local stores.
The only comment I would make is that staff need to keep a much better eye on queuing at desks. The impression given at the time was the store was understaffed. Otherwise, it was fine with a very prompt email confirmation of the item being put aside.

The engineer knew what he was doing, having arrived on time with all the parts he needed. He was also very flexible with some very small work I did on the car at the same time due to the temporary improved accessibility to the parts I needed to reach. He was easy to engage with and, all in all, the time was a pleasant experience.

The 160w array has not been used yet in anger but crude readings for voltage when lieing on the floor inside are encouraging.....
The kick stand arrangement I have found works but with a small 'w'. Instead, I am experimenting with polystyrene pipe lagging tubes to generally brace the array top and bottom. The diagrams in the instructions should be made larger.
The array will be used with a car split charger - not a power station.

Due to my fault, the wrong item was ordered and the required item was not in stock.
There was no argument about a refund and, as promised, this was actioned very quickly.

Both items damaged on receipt. Supplier is actioning the problem which may have been caused by the courier.

The vendor had the item I wanted (there were two variants of the item and another major vendor seemed to only have the other variant).

The staff were very helpful. I had purchased the same type of brackets before so they were not an unknown whilst the quality of the speaker cable, whilst being inexpensive, was of a higher quality than that obtained previously. Coming a distance, I was appreciative of the brackets being put to one side to prevent a wasted journey.

Where is my parcel?? No chit has been left so I don't know if it has been left with a neighbour. I have had no callers.......

Not expecting any problems with the item based on a past order.

Device arrived on time and performed fine. It takes out general moss and so on between block paving with little problem. The only question, which cannot be answered yet, is the life of the wire brush - but I will cross that bridge when I come to it. At the moment, having more or less done the front, the brush is fine. Even if I use the tool only for this and the other paving every 3 years, it will still be cheaper than having someone in to do the same job. The battery (4Ah for me) can, of course, be used with other tools.

15/5 at 18:39: The parcel has not been delivered here - at least I cannot find it. Please can you ask the courier where he put it if he did deliver it here. I am surprised it could not be put through the letter box. If it has been delivered somewhere else and I should be aware of that, I apologise.

Very good guy who fixed the glass. Admitted mess up by the call centre which led to a new appointment pronto.

The shoes fiited fine. Early days so the question of wear cannot be answered.
