Edit: You sent me an email link to contact you but the link doesn't work. Again, it's bad that you don't have an email address. I haven't yet used the steam cleaner and wanted to delay validating the warranty until l did.
l don't believe all the positive feedback. There is no way I can find to speak to or contact anyone about anything. If I had bought this product (H20 cleaner) from Argos before Christmas I could have returned it.
Instead I will have to ask my credit card company to refund as there is no way to contact anyone at Thane. If someone from Thane is reading these reviews, please respond to this.
