Me: the key doesn't work ; can I have a new one? Them: sure, but instead of giving you a new one to be simpler, we're going to refund you, not in money but in store credit, and you can buy a new one.
Me: ok, I guess practicality is not a thing over there, but fine .
Them: ok, now the key is 230.94€ . Use the store credit for a discount and make your purchase.
Me: but I bought the key for 5, so why is it now 230? Them: unfortunately , prices for digital games and software can fluctuate based on demand and supplier costs.
Me: wtf?
Them: oh, would you look at that ! The price just went down and is now 14.80€.
Me: so the price was 5 for a whole week, and as soon as I buy it, it goes up the very next day? ok, sure.
Since you guys must be starving over there, you can keep the 5€; it's fine . Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sauledi is the best, super friendly, ultra fast on his performance...it was supose to take a week to complete and my boy did it in 2 days....cmon bro, i know you good but you dont have to rub it in my face hahaha. But yeah, great job 😎👍🏽
