Super easy to sell my tickets

Super easy to sell my tickets. Just uploaded to the site and money was in my PayPal account within minutes of purchaser buying them. We couldn't make the event because circumstances changed and it was at least something that we got some money back for the tickets.

Good staff very friendly knowledgeable and quick to respond - thankyou Greg Furnace - much appreciated that you put up with all my questions as my first time doing car finance and made this side of the car buying process really easy and I didn't have to worry about it. I was supposed to look around for a few weeks for the car but found the one I wanted within a couple of days and Greg just got his side done without any issues infact on reflection I didn't really have to do much at all so THANKYOU Greg and Zuto

Fintech Failure - stay away

UPDATE - I really do not appreciate you adding a reply saying this has been resolved - It most certainly has not.

UPDATE- it is now a week since I asked you to release the £966 of my money and I am yet to receive a single response other than a ticket number - 941499 when I copied in the support team email box to see if they could help (nothing from the loyalty email box your robot asked me to use)

That ticket said response between 24 and 48 hours - that was 3 days ago now…….

Are you going into liquidation? Is my money even safe?

I guess it could be a money making scheme if you are doing the same to just 1,000 people that’s almost £1m worth of other peoples money you are earning interest on.

This is disgusting and will be bought to the attention of the media unless the issue is resolved by close of play tomorrow.

Absolutely shocking that a company that on LinkedIn says it’s mission is to market easy, fast and safe online payments to all. MISSION FAILED miserably - it’s a huge car crash failure of a mission.

Their values start by saying it’s a fintech company in a fast paced environment with transparency and trust allowing them to maintain loyal relationships with its customers.

I am customer who is fully verified with ID etc who simply wants them to release my money to me……

They haven’t replied to an email in 5 days, they do not have a customer phone line you can use and only a robot on the live chat that asks you to send an email to the same address that must be broken.

Fintech…….a fax machine would be advanced for this lot.

PLEASE PLEASE can someone reply to my emails or give me a call or anything
