Overall a good buying experience and if I had selected items that I was happy with I would have rated the experience 5/5. Unfortunately I bought a couple of shirts I decided against and this is where (as a U.K. buyer) I feel the service let’s you down. Although there is a return label included in the box, the process of returning items is very disjointed, for example you can’t create a return in the website, you need to download the mobile app, once you have started a return request it pushes you over to the DHL site, you then have to try and find a local drop off point, mine was about 11 miles away. So I dropped off only to find about 4 days later the parcel returned to me due to not having custom labels, ok, perhaps I should have remembered that now we have left Europe I would need them, but there was no mention of the process of returning items, no return forms, no support. I gave up in the end, really didn’t seem worth the effort.
