Worst customer service ever. Didn't respond to any of my e-mails or facebook message. Belt didn't include a return label so I couldn't exchange it for a smaller size, so now I'm stuck with a belt that my partner can't use because the company chose to ignore all of my communications. To think that they state they will reply within a day of receiving an e-mail and here I am waiting for a reply since December.
