I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS TO THIS COMPANY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY BELT TO ARRIVE ORDERED ON THE 22ND OCTOBER NOW NOVEMBER THE 6TH DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have now purchased 3 belts from this company, all are very high quality.
Comfortable, lovely leather, not too thick or bulky, particularly like the contrast belts with different colour stitching and inside.

Lovely Personalised Hip flask bought as present.
I am sure they will be delighted.

Previously I had two belts from different major UK suppliers, and both of them laminated, i.e. the front and back of the belt started coming apart.

So I bought two belts from this company, which were not cheap at £50 each, and everything was ok initially, but less than 12 months later, they have both started doing the same thing, i.e. the front and back of the belt are coming apart. Presumably they are glued together?

This is disappointing, given how much they cost. So I am now looking for belts that are made from a single thickness of leather that cannot come apart like this. I will make sure to ring any possible supplier in advance to check this out before any further purchases!

Worst customer service ever. Didn't respond to any of my e-mails or facebook message. Belt didn't include a return label so I couldn't exchange it for a smaller size, so now I'm stuck with a belt that my partner can't use because the company chose to ignore all of my communications. To think that they state they will reply within a day of receiving an e-mail and here I am waiting for a reply since December.

I recently purchased a product which I wasn't happy with. I contacted the company had a very prompt response with the offer of a replacement or refund. I opted for refund which was processed very quickly. I was reassured that I didn't have to return the product. Excellent customer care

Purchased three belts from this company. Liked the idea of made in Britain. Nicely packaged and all belts were in pristine condition and appear very high quality. Length spot on as per order and I did use their helpful size guide. Would highly recommend !

I have now purchased 3 belts from this company, all are very high quality. The first one purchased a year ago and hardly shows any signs of wear and tear despite being worn almost daily.

I recently purchased a leather notebook cover from this company. The quality was excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. I had a small problem with the original item but the customer service was exemplary and my problem was dealt with very promptly and courteously .Highly recommended.

I ordered a belt for my boyfriend for Christmas in 2019. He wore it a few months and loved it-then the pandemic hit and he wasn’t wearing it. He put it on again a few months later and it was broken. I contacted the company and they were helpful, I sent pictures and paid to send the belt back to repair it. They couldn’t fix it and provided a new one, which I was happy with. And now, a few months after the replacement was provided it too has failed. The leather has come away from the metal. I am pretty bummed I splashed out on what I thought was going to be a quality product and Primark belts have lasted years longer. I want to buy things that last longer and I’m prepared to pay for them- but the British belt company has poorly constructed belts or major design flaws that don’t support the price tag.
