I would like to see the management responsible for the policy sent to the GAZA STRIP, along with their wives and children.

They refused to answer simple questions

I had to ask RAREWAVES the same questions over and over again. I have wasted so much time getting answers out of this company.

Thank you for leaving a review.
Apologies that we weren't able to cancel your order and that you don't feel we answered your questions sufficiently.
We will always meet cancellation requests wherever possible and orders can typically be cancelled within the first few hours of being placed. However, we work hard to ship parcels as quickly as possible and once this timeframe has passed, its not always possible to make amendments.
As your request came through after your item had already been shipped, it was unfortunately too late to cancel with the carrier.
I can see that our team have already been in touch to offer assistance. Please do let them know if there is anything else we can do and they will be happy to help.

I locked my self out AGAIN and Danny fixed it very quickly

Because of server security (which is good) I locked my self out of my own server. Even very early in the morning Danny sorted it out in minutes.

So, if you are a bit disorganised with passwords, and you use a static IP in your office Unlimited is the company for you!

Stupid and unnecessary delays

Stupid and unnecessary delays, fob you off call centre, you are put on hold for ages when you make it quite clear you DO NOT WANT TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR AGES. My advice is you avoid them. Operator admits that processes cause delays.
