What’s happened to Hush ?
I have been a loyal customer to Hush for many years , have enjoyed the clothes and the customer experience but it’s totally changed since the new website .
I now have to pay for delivery and returns ( but could buy from John Lewis , Next and M&S , free delivery and free returns.
Also I want to return an item and the order number isn’t recognised .
I am also awaiting refunds for 4 items returned separately, it’s been ages and I am owed over £350 plus £150 for what I want to return but can’t . I can’t track my returns either . Customer service is polite but ineffective and I have asked for my comments to be fed back at the highest level .
It really pains me to write this review but something needs to be done . It looks like Hush are deliberately sabotaging themselves , can see it going the same way as LK Bennett and Russell and Bromley , very sad

No stars again

No stars again ! Still awaiting my refund for order 1319478089. It’s extremely tedious having to phone customer service every single time I return an item to get a refund . Not ringing this time - hopefully someone from customer service will see this review and refund me . The refund process is shockingly slow , why ? Other retailers can manage a fast refund .

DFS Carol

Carol was very helpful and patient . She explained things clearly and nothing was too much trouble . Would go to DFS Brigg again , it was a pleasant experience .

Slow refund again ……

I returned an item on 29th December it has not been received by White company . Refunds take far too long , poor customer service . I have spent time on the phone to CS but still no refund .
I think twice now about purchasing from
White Company due to their slow refund policy .

Slow

I am very pleased with the items I ordered but the delivery time is too slow .
The refund process is also very slow and is now putting me off buying any items on line .

Substandard goods

I am very sorry to write this review . I purchased a leather Prada bag on May 10 , after only 2 uses the lining inside has ripped . I returned to Handbag Clinic expecting a full refund , all they will do is repair as they say it’s wear and tear . 2 very light uses and the inside is ripped . This bag did not come with authentication, I am questioning whether it’s real or not . I have other Prada bags that have had years of use and they are not damaged at all . The bag is not fit for purpose and all they will do is repair it and return .

I also purchased a nylon Prada bag in January , the inside has a small rip , they want to charge me £30 to repair it. After minimal use .
I had high hopes for this company but I feel they are selling sub standard bags and when there is a problem they hide behind ‘ wear and tear ‘ and not covered by warranty .
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and would not recommend this company

Being a fully circular business we do not make any products ourselves, the majority of pre owned goods are sold as seen, however we offer a robust returns policy and a warranty which rivals the warranty offered by the brands themselves.

We do believe that your purchase in January should have been covered under warranty and this has been escalated to a manager to review. We apologise if you were provided with the wrong information regarding this item.
