Max and Alex turned up at the time agreed, were courteous ( removing shoes in the house without being asked to) and efficient.
The bed was brought in , unpacked, put together and all packaging removed in under 30 minutes allowing me to get on with my day.

we tried 8 times to have this experience and finally gave up after the 8th attempt. Many of the cancellations were due to weather which is why I scored this 2 stars rather than one. The issue was the staff who made it feel like it was our fault for not trying hard enough to rebook . We finally gave up when we were informed that they would be charging us an extra fee for what we had already paid for and not received. I am sure the experience would have been great if we had actually received it

very quick to get through--Tyler, helped move my tariff to a cheaper one saving me about 5% of my annual bill. All done with very little fuss in about 10 minutes.

This is a great company whose reputation is well founded. I was quoted a fair price . The equipment was picked up on the Monday. They informed me it had arrived with them on the Tuesday. The money for the agreed price was in my account by Wednesday. I cannot fault them on any part and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

all good so far--the account wasn't recognised by my bank so I resorted to the online chat function-this proved easily accessible (I was waiting only 30 seconds) and very helpful. I have successfully transferred a small amount of money in preparation for moving more --I love the facial recognition tech and now have it on all of my devices
