After DHL had lost two of my three blinds, 247 Blinds were happy to arrange replacements as quickly as they could.

I used Asbestos Kits ltd on recommendation of a work colleague. Dispatch of kit was very prompt with full easy to understand instructions.
Test results were emailed within two days of me sending out the test samples. So can't fault.

Attendance was punctual and repair was very good compared to what the glass chip originally looked like. You can see the repair but only if you look hard for it.

Everything was really good apart from I had to take the bike to a local bike shop to get the gears looked at. The chain was jumping all over the place on the rear cassette, mainly between the two smallest cogs.

I has some problems with the chrome on some bathroom taps, Tim at Heat & Plumb dealt with it no problem. So 10/10 for customer service and would fully recommend.

I spent nearly two weeks looking online as I needed to get a bath to meet measurements that would enable me to change the bath without re-ting the bathroom. You wouldn't believe how many suppliers had specification diagrams that just didn't give you the information you wanted. Then when you called them they could answer simple questions. Then I found Heatandplumb who understood what I wanted and could confirm that their diagram measurements were accurate and true. So no brainer I bought the shower bath and screen right away and was delivered the next day. The delivery driver was cheerful and helpful which was a nice change after some recent delivers from other suppliers for radiators.
So I would without reservation recommend Heatandplumb. Almost forgot the price was good as well.
