No commitment and no professionalism.

I hope i could be able to rate a zero star .
After two weeks of placing my order without any mail or message from outl1.se (Hemfint.se) regarding my order status while they mentioned that delivery takes 2-6 working days !! . and after i contacted them, they realise that the products are not available !! although the fact that products which i ordered were available when i placed my order ( more than 15 pcs available).
no commitment , no communication, no even apologise for their mistake.
I will off course not buy again.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Satisfied - highly recommend platform.

Although the fact that i faced a problem when i booked throw hotelspecials.se , They could support and help me in a very professional way.
I had an amazing experience with those people and The customer service was top-notch.
MY satisfaction is so high and the customers care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality honest, and excellent service.

Scam -I book a room and they give for…

Scam -I book a room and they give for some one else and telling simply “sorry we do not have any available room”

Imagine your self booking online traveling 1000 km and once you reach the hotel for checking in and after giving them the booking number , the manager of the hotel telling you that you do not have any booking with us while the temperature out side is minus million. ( They gave the room for some one else to get more money !! in 2023 in Sweden !!) . Instead she said that they will send me to another hotel 300 meters away with double cost ,, then she said that she will talk to the manager of the other hotel ( who is her father ) and she will get the same price i got for Victoria hotel. Those people are still in the stone age. NEVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL.

Note : The above review is about the hotel and not about Hotelspecials.se (MY satisfaction about Hotelspecials.se is so high and the customers care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality honest, and excellent service) .
