I purchased a Mondaine Official Railways Clock in Geneva in August 2021 and brought it back to the UK. It has worked well for 1 year until the battery ran out. I have replaced the battery and whilst the clock is functioning, I am unable to set the correct time via the app - this is the only way to set the time. I have contacted the Swiss customer service team and there only response was to provide me with the address for the UK service centre. No help or advice. I assume the only option I have if I want to try to get it working is to pay for it to be repaired. Not impressed at all with the quality of the product or the customer service

Placed my order on 1st Jan, order number 2000502554 and after not receiving anything by 9th Jan logged on to Ryman’s website where it stated the goods had been delivered-not true. Went on their rubbish instant chat site yesterday where all I was told was delivery is within 5 working days! Managed to get a tracking number and on Hermes website it says the parcel has been with them since 5th January but no mention of when they will deliver. First, and probably the last time I will order on line from Ryman
