Unreliable
I tried to use this service to clear some unwanted furniture, I book a date, took time off work then waited...
They did not turn up, they did not inform me they were not going to turn up. they emailed me saying they would rebook for the next week, no reason given.
I take another day off work, same thing happened again.
So avoid at all cost.

Amateurish
I don't understand the positive reviews, my experience is that this is an extremely amateurish outfit. I paid for "X Large Plus" which is supposed to be 12 cubic yards - the equivalent of 2 builders skips according to their own description.
When the van showed up, I was told that the van was too full to take the load, and that there was a bag that was too heavy to lift.
I had provided photos to the web chat, as well as when booking the job, so nothing should have been a surprise. But to send a van that was too full to begin with was just a very poor show.
I won't be using this company again.
