Beware. Great service until you have a faulty product. After 8 months of little use my Tubolito product was faulty. I was offered a part refund by Bikeinn. I objected and asked for a replacement they then retracted the part refund offer and said the fault was due to wear and tear, even though I offered to return the product for inspection at my cost. They weren't interested and stopped all comms. Rubbish support, never again. Bikeinn even went to the trouble of flagging my original review to have Trustpilot remove it rather than provide customer service.
Luckily I contacted Tubolito direct and they were brilliant, replacing the items without me even asking!!

I left a poor review of Holokolo after my new shoes were not as i orderd, but i have removed it as they have now sorted the issue. All in all a fairly positive experience Thank you Holokolo
