My visit was to attend gym and yoga. I was forced to wait at the desk to book swimming because yet again, the booking app isn't working. The desk staff were great, as usual. The centre itself is impressive. The staff are lovely. But try to get an answer from head office (last time was an on-line enquiry) I wouldn't hold your breath.
