I trust their products so would continue to recommend to friends and family. I would have appreciated the addition of a charging cable so one star deducted for this omission.

Very easy ordering process, very fast delivery within two or three days in my experience. Good value especially with their easy pay option. Reasonable return cost with Evri. Only loses a star as delivery charge seems excessive, usually £3.95 or £4.95 for small items.

I’ve used QVC a few times lately and their ordering and delivery systems are easy and quick. However, I have had a few problems with items when received that don’t match up with the tv presentations. For example, some trainers described as lace up when in fact the laces were not working laces so trainers could not be adjusted and sunglasses described as having flexible hinges when they, in fact, did not. My most recent purchase of Perfect Formula nail treatment is not giving the promised results so looks like another return😖. I do appreciate the chance to use and try purchases but the presentations need to give accurate details.

I always book online with Tui and especially when I had a code to deduct £100 off the holiday price. This makes it more competitively priced than its rivals as I have found the other major travel company seem to have inflated prices, so their money off vouchers do not make any difference. The site is very easy to navigate and the whole booking process only takes a matter of minutes.

Placed an order online on 28 December. Still have not been notified that it has been received in store although it is showing as despatched on my account. Nobody seems to know when it will arrive in store for collection.

Site very easy to negotiate. Easy to add medical conditions. Only negative was that the most expensive policy was the first one shown. I had to search for the basic one.

Online accounts very easy to open and fund. Clear instructions all the way and email confirmation sent promptly.

We were pleased with the flights, transfers and especially the in resort check in. Great idea! However, the hotel was very disappointing. We had been informed that the hotel had been downgraded and with hindsight, we wish we had opted to change hotels. The quality of the building itself and the rooms was sub standard and the food choice and quality was not good. My partner was ill on two separate occasions after eating evening meal there. Plus the standards of service and friendliness were non existent. We would recommend you remove this hotel from your portfolio.

I was kept informed from the date of ordering up to the date of delivery, when an expected time of delivery was provided. Delivery was also two days earlier than originally mentioned.

Ordered seat pads from Coopers which were delivered very quickly but unfortunately they did not fit my chairs. Coopers arranged for me to have the return parcel collected very promptly so their service was very good. Have deducted one star as I have not yet received my refund 8 days later.
