I ordered the HD Mop on the 14th December 2025 and it is now the 5th January 2026 and still no mop. I've messaged Thane twice but no reply and there doesn't seem to be a number to call. Will have to go to PayPal to get my money back. AVOID

Bought RAM, it wasn't sent, I had to contact them a week later and they said, oh yeah we're out of stock now, we'll have to refund you. I replied, was somebody going to let me know or were you just hoping to keep my money? They said, no we were going to let you know today. Turns out I was right as a day later the order is still on pending, not refund processed and can't get through on the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

UPDATE: 2 days after promising me my refund it still hasn't been processed - going to PayPal to get my money back now 🤬

Absolute joke of a company! Bought an oven and less than a year ot breaks down. I've been contacting them for a month now and still can't get a date of them for repair. Small claims court now seems the only way

Bought a laptop that I assumed was new as there was nothing to state otherwise on the invoice and it was the price of new elsewhere. When I received a poor condition refurbished laptop I was told I should have known it was refurbished because their internal code started with RFB???

Disgusting that people would try to ruin a person's business because they stated a fact. What can you say, a pest controller will always attract pests. Dont worry, you'll get rid of these ones too. Good luck for the future!

Went to watch The Beekeeper in Cineworld Belfast & had the worst experience ever - paid £28 for my partner & I to go to Screen X & the seats were like Easyjet plane seats, the room was freezing but worst of all the 2 side screens stayed blank the whole film! 🤬 I made a complaint to Cineworld who basically told me I was lying then admitted the next day it wasn't working. Told me they sent me 2 premium tickets as a "goodwill gesture". Told them it wasn't a goodwill gesture when I didn't receive what I had paid for and that i wanted a refund. Told me they would no longer assist me on it so PayPal are getting my money back.

I received the laptop on the 17th February 2023 and quite soon it began not switching on. By mid-March it would not switch on at all. I contacted BOX and they gave me the number to contact the manufacturer, Avita, which I did. The manufacturer told me to make BOX aware that the laptop was "dead" and to have it returned for a replacement or refund. BOX eventually had it picked up on the 11th April and have had it since! Any time I contact them they tell me that they'll get someone to contact me back but no-one does. Eventually on the 20th May someone from BOX replied to my email after I told them I would be contacting Paypal regarding my refund. They said they would find out what was going on with it and contact me back, which they still haven't done! i have now created a case with Paypal

Shocking company - ordered an Otto 6 Drawer Unit, and after 3 hours of building, discovered at the end that there were only 4 handles not 6. Contacted them and they said they would call me back - they didn't. Then I contacted them by email to be told they don't have any other handles and can't source them. They told me I had to dismantle the whole unit and repackage before they would collect! I says this was impossible and they said they would give me tla small refund to cover the 2 handles and I'd be able to get them online. I sajd, I thought you can't source them? They haven't replied. I've went to PayPal to get refund
