A great way to upcycle existing glasses. Pick your favorite frame and upload your new prescription. Lensology do the rest. They even supply the box and address label. Really happy with my refurbished frames with new lenses. I have saved a lot of money too. Dont be afraid to take your prescription and seek a way to refurbish rather than chuck away and replace. Save money, save waste.

Picked a couple of samples to choose the best one for my hallway. Happy with the quality of the runner and mats. Nicely finished, lays flat, pretty good delivery. Would use again.

Used the made to measure service for large bay window net curtains. Used the measuring advice. Item arrived very clearly labelled. Perfect fit.
If you follow the instructions carefully then your curtain will fit. Its the 1st time I have used this company and I may well use in the future.

Ordered a set of Hotwheels as a Christmas present. Dispatch notification all good. Delivery expected on or before 20 December so plenty of time before Xmas. It never came I could see it was stuck with the courier and it did not move. I complained and in fairness to Smyths they refunded immediately, it still left me with rushing to find an alternative for my grandson. I won't order online in future especially if it is a gift.

Had a wonderful experience with our local Sutton store. Penny the designer was very knowledgable and patient with us. We started the process on May 2025 but our installer was not free until September 25. Penny allowed us to visit several times to make tweaks to the design. Penny had some really good ideas too, we loved the coffee station it was inspired! We felt valued as customers such a difference from previous DIY suppliers experience of the past. I feel the price we paid with our fitter discount was very competitive and I like that the store is local so any queries dealt with easily.The delivery was well coordinated with the fitter. We had our Bosch appliances through Howdens too as I could not get them at a cheaper price. Love the quality. It's finished our home off and looks beautiful. So many complements from visitors. If you have a good fitter using Howdens is a real treat.

The online prescription service is very well controlled, photos in real time needed and BMI checked to ensure it is appropriate and safe. Information to patients is very good. Asda frequently have discounts for the weight loss jab so that is a bonus. I have progressed through the doses and seen steady weight loss. Portion control and appetite satiation really improved. I am now reducing the dose as I have lost 3 stone over 9 months. I want to work my way back down the doses rather than stop abruptly. I feel I have had a good service. I use the click and collect from local Asda pharmacy. Sadly the pharmacy collection service is really slow and it doesn't matter what day or time I visit, still I am used to this now! The cost is high but the health benefit to me is priceless.

Item exactly as described. Very happy with our new kitchen lights. The outer box was damaged but the inner box containing the lights complete with bulbs was in perfect condition.
I did,nt fit the lights myself an electrician did as part of a new kitchen install. I don't think they were a problem to fit. They arrived within 1 week.

1 star dropped as the delivery service was EVRi. Did not arrive on day specified. Not able to track order. Arrived next day and left on doorstep in full view of drive and path. Item in original packaging so it was obvious that someone could walk away with a new microwave. Thankfully I could alert my husband that it was outside as the courier did not bother to knock either. I think Next ought to consider another carrier service as we the customer pay for delivery.
