Abysmal customer service. Placed an order in July 2025 with the understanding it was a back order. I have since called numerous times as well as emailed requesting to cancel this order (because I believe the RIF is no longer made) and I've received absolutely zero communication.

Brilliant shop, great deals and fast shipping (or collection). Points system for discounts is great too. Highly recommend.

Speedy delivery of the item I needed for my PC. Inside the parcel was the box, as well as a free bag of sweets (always welcome).

I've ordered a lot of clobber from UK Tac over the years, mostly work related items, and they have never failed to surprise me with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the items.

If you sign up the the email there are constant deals on various items, including clothing, protective equipment and more.

Highly recommend.

Dreadful Customer Service

I have unfortunately been the victim of Yodel delivery multiple times. I would quite honestly prefer my parcel to be delivered by carrier pigeon than Yodel.

The consistently leave the parcel outside of my front door meaning that anyone walking past can just up and take it or the rain can get it absolutely soaking wet.

My latest fun experience has resulted in being assured by two customer service advisors, who I'm not even sure were real humans, assuring me over the course of a week and a half that my parcel was going to be delivered as a matter of urgency. Finally another "customer service advisor" told me that they can't actually figure out where my parcel is.

Why has Yodel had my parcel since the 29th of August and only just told me it's been lost? Good question! No idea.
Why did the other two customer service reps assure me it would be delivered as a matter of urgency when they had no idea where the parcel really was? Again, no idea.

I'd highly recommend using literally any other courier, Yodel is by far the worst.

Exercise caution.

Ordered 2 items from this company using one of their sister sites, both shown on the site as "in stock" with the promise of next day shipping, etc...

Over a week later I received an email stating that because one item was out of stock nether had been shipped yet. When I queried why I had been told both were shown as in stock and why it had taken a week I got no real answer. Cancelled one part of the order and received the other but this is way too many hoops to have to jump though.

If you show something as 'in stock' it needs to be in stock ready to ship. If you realise that something isn't in stock you need to be contacting the buyer as soon as possible, not waiting over a week.

DPD are the most useless delivery company in this country. My driver couldn't deliver my parcel because no one was in. Apart from the fact that I was in. And so were my neighbours. I paid for next day delivery and I may as well have just thrown my wallet down the drain. Maybe it would have been better.

Every single time I have a parcel courried by DPD it's the same. My parcel couldn't be delivered. Even if I was stood outside with a neon sign I'm sure they'd fail to deliver it.

Constant popups on my PC slowing it down, plus once it installs it hooks its fingers in and you can't uninstall several files. Don't use this!
