I have unfortunately been the victim of Yodel delivery multiple times. I would quite honestly prefer my parcel to be delivered by carrier pigeon than Yodel.
The consistently leave the parcel outside of my front door meaning that anyone walking past can just up and take it or the rain can get it absolutely soaking wet.
My latest fun experience has resulted in being assured by two customer service advisors, who I'm not even sure were real humans, assuring me over the course of a week and a half that my parcel was going to be delivered as a matter of urgency. Finally another "customer service advisor" told me that they can't actually figure out where my parcel is.
Why has Yodel had my parcel since the 29th of August and only just told me it's been lost? Good question! No idea.
Why did the other two customer service reps assure me it would be delivered as a matter of urgency when they had no idea where the parcel really was? Again, no idea.
I'd highly recommend using literally any other courier, Yodel is by far the worst.
