Before discovering NCI, I loved reading books, exploring quotes, and thinking deeply about life. I’ve always wanted to develop meaningful perspectives, form my own opinions, and gain a deeper understanding of life.

But sometimes, the thoughts I formed came from the pain of my own traumas. Sometimes It was like telling myself, “You know what? That’s just how life is.”

I used to accept my pain and live within it.

Incredible, most online courses sell you a bunch of hopes and dreams but NCI actually delivers results! For what you get it’s very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in becoming a smarter, more confident and empathetic person.

The content is research based, tested and under constant review and updating.
The skills I have learned are applicable and work, not only in understanding others, but myself as well.
The mix of self-study, community discussion boards and coach lead Zoom classes makes the courses adaptable to many learning styles.

I came across Chase Hughes on a pod cast and from there to his channel and after listening few of the videos I started taking notes and suddenly NCI caught my eyes and one thing led to another I got enrolled in the course.The course is an eye opener,one can't stop from rewatching and taking notes and after you are really done the world will appear different.

It was the most interesting course in my life. Like a soul voyage for my self and my people. As a mother, I reflected deeply on the best ways to connect with my kids, and learn them the authentic ways of Influencing other human beings and make the difference. I catch myself judgening less and less, and understanding more and more. People are resons! This is the course of great structure, great learning and it makes you hunger for more. This is truly an amazing training experience. Every instructor, along with the community, is incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping people grow. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to overcome self-defeating beliefs, improve self-esteem, strengthen relationships, enhance communication skills, or simply better understand the human condition.

Learning a huge amount of highly relevant content which has a positive impact on how I show up for myself in daily life. The course offers a distinctive perspective on both self-mastery and human interactions. For me it is about becoming the best version of myself more than it is about influencing others. The community is welcoming, accepting and there are lots of great discussions.

I have just completed NCI-1 and I am really impressed with the value - the amount of content that is made available to you is fantastic. In addition to the actual course content, there’s over a years worth of recorded weekly hour long calls with a Coach that supports students’ understanding and implementation of the course materials. And then of course there are 3 live weekly calls. I also love that NCI-1 gain access to some of the Grad School content that adds enormous depth to the learning. Plus there’s a very active community discussion forum via the app or website. All the staff are supportive and encouraging and it’s been a really positive experience. I’m loving being a part of NCI and will definitely be completing the rest of the training.
