Just bought a new Vitus Sentier hardtail mountain bike and I’m absolutely chuffed with it!

I dealt with Kyle from the Guildford store, from start to finish, from my initial phone consultation through to walking me through the different bike options. He made the whole experience really enjoyable. Super knowledgeable and professional, especially for someone who has been out of riding for a while.

I picked the bike up yesterday and Kyle took the time to walk me through everything, setup, gears, braking, tech, and general maintenance. He was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

5-star service all round, great staff, great store, first-rate experience.

Can’t wait to get out riding this weekend now that spring has finally arrived!

Fist time using Hovia, great website and range of wallpapers. Faultless service and lead time. Let down sadly by staggeringly over priced wallpaper. My wall size (see below) is not particularly large and the wallpaper design I chose does not have gold leaf running through it, yet £300 charge feels pretty punchy when average cost of a roll can £15-£30 and 2-3 rolls max would have done it

Recently ordered some "Fuse" shin and elbow pads for aggressive inline skating. The quality of these products is first-rate and more importantly fit well. I have fallen only a handful of times but on each fall the pads offered really good protection and would highly recommed them. The service I received from Source BMX was first-rate and products arrived in the allotted time. Straight forward to switch over. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. The monthly meter reads that you enter allows more control and you get to win some discount from your bill with the lucky online wheel spin. I've not won yet but hopefully next go! Unfortunately, 6 months into my contract I discovered my DD was set up too low, (error with transfer) but the customer advisor I spoke to, Josh Ashworth, managed to get to the bottom of it and resolve. He was very professional, great listening skills, and better still he did exactly what he said he was going to do and confirmed in a follow-up email. Really great service here as this was my first experience with speaking directly. Finally, a company that gets basic customer service right - Great job!

Order one of the naked cakes for my wife's birthday during the lockdown. Arrived in time, the cake looked fab and tasted delicious with just the right flavour balances.

This is the first time I have used TD and it was a very positive experience. I ordered a Ring pro (smart doorbell) on-line which was competitively priced, the product arrived quicker than advertised lead- time, also very quick and responsive customer service when using their online chat service. Prior to this transaction, I wasn't aware of TD but now that I do I will certainly be using them again. Good stuff!
