Ordered a product and money was taken. Waiting the 3-5 working days for delivery but order was never despatch. Customer services (online chat, really slow) explained it was due to be despatched that day. Two days later and no updates so contacted customer services again who now stated the product was never in stock and I would now be refunded. If I hadn’t chased then they would have taken my money and sat on the order. Really disappointed and won’t be using again- customer services contacted me to apologise and offer a voucher. I did not get this voucher!

Do not order from this company. The quality of the products is terrible and do not match the website. I received my product today and so disappointed I saved my hard earned money for it. On top of that I had to pay an extra £60 custom charge which the company refused to help with. Wish I had read the reviews.

Sent out half my order and then the second half never arrived. Asked for refund and customer services were awful no refund then a month later the product randomly turned up after I had gone elsewhere to order the product. Really bizarre.

Crap customer service. Ordered a product over two weeks ago no even despatched. Tried twice to get a refund and I just get a standard email acknowledging my order is late and will be sent soon.

Lockers are constantly full! It’s a nightmare.. waste of fuel and time having to check numerous lockers!

Like many others ordered something back in October 2021, nothing arrived- sent emails and no response. I think it’s a scam and needs shutting down!

So sad that our dream honeymoon got cancelled for the 3rd time - was happy to rearrange a new holiday and even pay for an upgrade. Waited 45 mins to speak to someone who was really unhelpful and would not honour the 20% discount (TUI cancelled our trip and emailed with a 20% off if you rebook with them code). She then ‘transferred me’ which put me back the the queue for another hour then just to a new operator. Decided to just take a refund and take the money elsewhere. I can see TUI going bust if they carry on like this. Last time I will book with them.

Love the product but delivery times at the moment are exceptionally long (uk orders). It is understandable but I waited over 2 weeks for an order.

Received the body oil and the product was half full... complete disappointment and rip off for £18...slow customer service too

I wish I had read the reviews first! Ordered some flowers for my Nana and they were awful! Half of the dead and wilted! So embarrassed and wish I hadn’t wasted my money! Trying to get a refund but proving difficult.

Consistently poor service- order several times and food has been delivered cold and late. Have now stopped using and would not recommend!

Orders two prints, they got lost in customs and I emailed for a refund or replacement. Great customer service quick response and they replaced the prints With delivery only 3 days! Also sent a extra print as a apology. Really good customer service and prints are perfect!

If I could give no stars I would.

Terrible hidden costs and rudest staff both at the airport and on the plane. Spoke to my partner and I like we were criminals for having additional bag with non priority. Completely understand the rules and it was our error but the way we were ushered around and shouted at was disgusting. Staff on plane were miserable and rude too.
