The chain I bought was £3-4 more expensive than a shop in the same road was selling it.

The insurance I finally purchased was £40-50 more expensive than you offered me although the difference in my motor vehicle position wasn’t much different

I was charged £38 to replace brakes on my back wheel which felt quite excessive, I don't feel that most bike repair shops would charge so much, even considering the labouring costs

Prompt and reliable they fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes

Advisor was helpful and telephone was well connected, not like many where we often can’t hear what each other is saying. Changing my tariff was straight forward

The trainers were plesant, amusing and explained the moral and legal seriousness of the offence we were there for.

They took 2 days to complete but that didn't appear to effect the cost. Very friendly helpful, swift and appears to have been efficient the worker who repaired my bedroom ceilings x 2. Too early to say if the repairs were thorough and efficient in long term as its only been a month now since repairs and we have to live through weeks/months of bad weather to see how effective the work was. So far quite good and if in 6/9 months time it's still not mouldy, leaking or dripping I will review again probably with 5 stars!

They pressed the buzzer to alert my address (Apartment 73, 1 Town Meadow) that they'd arrived. I let them in through the intercom and they left the parcel downstairs in the main reception area. It was still there when I went downstairs to the ground floor 30 minutes later, but I was waiting outside my Apartment for him to come up in the lift. Fortunately my parcel was still there and I collected it, but any other resident that lives in the same block as me could have collected it.

Prompt delivery, came within 5 working days, wheel in good condition
