Overcharged bill
After staying about one hour on the phone trying to solve a bill, because they overcharged me.
Apparently they ignored, what I sent, cause the bills had been done with an estimated reading no the number I sent. The customer service said it was solved that happened on 13th. Today I’ve got a good surprise…. Nothing has been done and they deduct the wrong amount of money from my account.
Please check your bills if u a setting a direct debit…. I feel it isn’t a trustful company…. Do you think they would be in contact with me saying they overcharged me? If I did see it.

I’m a Brazilian I used to leave in Curitiba. In a nutshell do not trust this company I’ve my a contract for R$975 reais and they overcharged me R$1550 without any explanation.
Now I cannot reach them because their customer service doesn’t answer any of my questions.
