Although the delivery arrived so slowly (almost 1,5 months), the item is exactly the same as the advertised pictures, the instruction is clear, the quality is really amazing (original product), and the customer service was awesome. Thank you so much for selling good stuff, and for providing good service~ ^^

We did the 10-day Orkney & the Outer Hebrides tour for our wedding anniversary (a 9-day tour with 1 free day in the middle). The itinerary itself was great because everything was well planned and the possibilities/flexibilities were good enough. We can definitely consider travelling with Rabbie's again in the future. Unfortunately, we had to give an overall 3 out of 5 stars due to the following:

3/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the customer service.
• Not so good both via email and Messenger - didn’t even read our questions (instead they answered us with promotional material completely irrelevant to the questions) and misinformed us about the first meeting point.
• No banner/sign nor staff waiting for us at the first meeting point, leading to confusion and uncertainty until the last minute when the driver/guide finally showed up.

5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the first guide, Michael.
• A true example of an excellent tour guide.
• Always gave very detailed and meaningful explanations of each location we visited during the first 4 days we were on the tour.
• Had a great taste in music; showed us Scottish songs/artists with relevant stories to the locations we visited or the activities we were about to do - with songs that were easy to listen to.
• Warm personality, very respectful to people from other countries/cultural backgrounds, a highly motivated guide, really funny person, excellent driver.
• Almost always could answer any questions any of us asked; only 1-2 questions he didn’t know the answer to, of which he admitted it, found out the answers, and explained to us later on.
• The only negative side was his very thick Scottish accent that even none of the English-native speakers (from the USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and even England) could fully understand.

1/5 ⭐️ for the second guide, Donald.
• The complete opposite of the first guide.
• Never gave any detailed nor meaningful explanations of each location we visited during the last 5 days we were on the tour, except on the very last day when we visited places that were in or nearby the city he lives.
• Several times he stopped every 10-15 minutes telling us: "This is a great spot to take pics, so go ahead, take some pics"; most of the time without even telling us the names of the places (we had to figure them out by ourselves either by local signage or via Google), and it turned out that he just wanted to take a break to smoke some cigarettes - very unprofessional of him.
• Once we visited a very small beach, he immediately got off the minibus before anyone else to the spot to take pics for himself like a tourist and didn't even bother to "hide/go away from the background", causing none of us could take a good pic without him in it (seriously!). We paid him to be our driver and to explain things to us - not for him to drive us to locations he personally wanted to take pics for himself.
• He also told us we could ask him any questions we wanted to know about Scotland and the places we visited, but most of the time he didn’t know the answer and didn’t even bother to find out the answer. Twice some other passengers asked him about what most of the locals of the two cities we visited do for a living, to which he laughed and answered, “I don’t know. How should I know that? You should ask the locals, not me. I don’t live here, how should I know that?”. He’s been a guide for more than 10 years, yet his knowledge and attitude as a tour guide were beyond any words can describe.
• Had also a horrible taste in music; showed us songs that were his favourite without any relevancies to the locations we visited nor the activities we were about to do - with songs that were very uneasy to listen to and at very high volume as if he was deaf (some of us had to use earplugs because of this). We could see that not only us but all the other passengers were also in very uncomfortable cringe whenever he started a song.
• He did try to make some jokes during the entire trip, but unfortunately, nearly all of them were dry jokes.
• He also complained really a lot about everything, such as the way others drive, the weather, the parking, the traffic, etc. - it's the guide's job to create a positive atmosphere regardless of anything, which he totally failed to do.
• Some of his positive sides include punctuality and that his Scottish accent wasn't so thick so we could understand everything he said.

Some of the pros include very friendly & helpful female receptionists, trustworthy staff, clean room, warm shower, good price, quiet area, strategic location, hairdryer, mini fridge, & there was a weight scale so I could check how many kg I needed to buy for my excess luggage.

Some of the cons include WiFi that was usually worsened between 00:00 and 07:00, & there was a house lizard in the room during the first 3 weeks of my stay. They also forgot to inform me of a new rule where the cleaning service would clean the room without being asked; this caused a problem as I was in the middle of presenting in an online meeting and the cleaning service kept knocking louder & louder for excruciating long minutes. But what was worse, they asked me to pay IDR 20.000 on my last day for a stain on the bedsheet (not from menstruation), which was ironic considering I stayed there for nearly 2 months and the dirt could’ve been easily rubbed off with a whitener that would only cost around IDR 11.000 for the entire bottle. Actually, I would’ve given a 5-star despite all the uncomfortable experiences IF only they wouldn’t make a fuss for IDR 20.000 to someone who was so very loyal and kept extending the stay for almost 2 whole months.

Stayed at one of their POP! Hotels.

Some of the pros include a very friendly & helpful female receptionist, trustworthy staff, very beautiful view, clean room, warm shower, good price, quiet area, strategic location, & comfy bed.

Some of the cons include very bad WiFi usually between 22:00 and 07:00, no door sign (“please do not disturb” or “please clean the room”), no hairdryer, no mini fridge, & several spam messages after the stay begging me to join their membership.

Some of the pros include polite and on time staff, clean room, warm shower, quiet area, very good food, & comfy bed.
Some of the cons include non-strategic location & a bit pricey.
Due to its location, I don't think I'll ever go back there.

Didn't have any problems during all my domestic flights. The price for the tickets and excess luggage was affordable. The only thing I dislike was that they changed one of my flight schedules to be earlier. They did it 3x for the same flight; one of which was on very short notice.

A representative from Qatar Airways at CPH Airport checked my passport and was very racist. He said he came from a country in the Middle East living in Denmark, and he said the day before he had just met a Chinese guy from China who looked like me whose passport and vaccination certificate were fake. First of all, I'm not a guy and I'm not from China (I have never even been to the country). It does not give him the right to accuse me of being the same person he met. What's worse was that he did not even apologise after confirming that all my documents were original.

En sak jag önskar är att det finns ett alternativ där jag enkelt kan välja att lägga till en understrykning för mitt nummer (för lagkaptenen). Det var ganska jobbigt att be kundtjänsten att göra detta eftersom det uppstod ett missförstånd när jag begärde detta. Detta hade lätt kunnat lösas genom att lägga till ett sådant alternativ på webbplatsen.

I've been using the full suites of Kaspersky Anti-Virus since 2006. It's pricier than my original budget, but it literally has the best performing security packages and is supremely easy to use. I tried many other anti-viruses before and there were still viruses sneaking in until I started using Kaspersky. Since then, all my close family members (both my brothers, my stepsister, my sister-in-law, my wife) have been loyal customers of Kaspersky for both our laptops and mobile phones (Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone).
