Shocking experience, 2 weeks after my order and payment taken still no news , just an automated email with regularly asked questions no direct answers,

Visited Topps Tiles in Newton Abbot, advice and service I received was excellent as I was unsure about what to use to tile behind our burner in the fire place, advice was given on correct heat resistant adhesive and grout to use to replicate a cement look as we had chosen Hartley brick look tiles. Was kept informed when all materials had arrived, the young lady manager was fantastic and as a bonus our dog also liked her.All in all excellent service from start to finish

Absolute garbage, never worth the money they are just cheap beach shoes! You buy the same from Temu for under £10, buyer be ware you can’t cancel your order even 10 minutes after you place it , the whole set up is a con please read reviews before you purchase!! The shoes are abysmal quality mine broke first time I put them on do not I repeat do not buy them they are utter rubbish this is not a uk company, tried to cancel my after about 10 minutes told I could not would have to wait for shoes then return them to china at my cost!, plastic tag that hold laces pulled off first time I tried them on, quality of shoes is very poor, the 5* reviews must be untrue

Went instore to buy a head light and a torch for my wife to use when dog walking was dealt with by a lovely assistant called Jo , who helped me to decide which to buy and as a national member got an extra 15% off which I was unaware of until Jo told me . So all in all nothing but praise for Jo and the shop

Visited the newton abbot branch today, excellent experience, purchased some water proof trousers and some goretex walking boots, was served and assisted by a young man called Daniel, fantastic service and a credit to Millets
