From a mortgage broker’s perspective, I can’t even begin to tell you how brilliant these guys are to deal with. Our BDM Steve Harrison is hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with in the mortgage industry. He’s so helpful and just goes above and beyond and it’s so appreciated. People like him are a true credit to the company. In terms of the underwriting, they are sensible, communicate clearly and will help with cases. The application process is quick and easy to use and you can do multiple properties on one application. Can’t fault Paragon and love dealing with Steve and the team.

Please, please, please DO NOT book this company! It’s a total scam. We were waiting at Heathrow Short Stay 3 for 2 hours waiting for them to turn up and collect our car even though we rang an hour ahead giving them an accurate collection time. Kept fobbing us off with lies, asking us to leave the keys on the wheel (please don’t do this!) and I had to call my friend who thankfully lived 45 minutes away to collect. Woman on the phone is so rude and it’s clearly just a complete scam. Please avoid. We had 2 toddlers with us and made the plan boarding by the skin of our teeth. They didn’t turn up at all by the way.

Hugely disappointed with this company. Bought a car for £9700 which had a major coolant fault/leak on the drive home from the showroom. Rang their services team 5 times over a 6 day period to be told every single time to wait for a call back including whilst on the drive home. Tried over and over again and still get the same reply. Its been a week since I bought the car now and I am unable to drive it due to the coolant issue. I am going to get it fixed tomorrow at a garage near by my house (150 miles away from the showroom) and will be claiming through the courts to get some money back. They tell you that you have 3 months warranty and can bring the car back if any issues etc but then don't provide the tools or the service to do so.
