Little communication after placing the order other than saying a different Company would be arranging everything. Sent out asking for a review before the items had arrived.

Ordered on line, I formed of delivery time and item was delivered on time. Perfect fit.

Delivered on time in good condition

Aware of the fact a delivery was being made by the company but not aware of the date or time.
Received text message that it would be delivered on the same day between times giving a two hour window.
Arrived within the time scale and the driver carried the goods around the house up 12 steps to deliver in rear garden.
Goods were intact.
Very happy with the service

I recently purchased several items of garden furniture from the Range. Fordeco were tasked with delivery.
After the purchase the initial communication from Fordeco was fantastic.
I was informed they had received the request to deliver the items and they contacted me to arrange a date and time. This was sooner than estimated by the range.
On the day of delivery the delivery man contacted me about an hour before they arrived updating me on the time scales and narrowing down the three hour time slot I had been given.
They arrived on time and the items were left where I requested.
Both delivery men were very pleasant and appeared happy in their work.
I had received ten boxes of various garden furniture and began to unpack, construct and arrange the items in the garden.
When I came to a box containing a fire pit glass table and chairs on initially moving the item I could hear what I put down to items within the box sliding against each other.
On opening the box I removed several parts of the table and on doing this realised the glass top of the table had been smashed.
I continued constructing the remainder of the table and other items and I am indeed very happy with the other items. It is just the glass top, of the fire pit table that did not survive the delivery.
As this is the central piece and main reason for the purchases I have given a score of two stars

The facts remain the same.

Everything was fine from initial contact to the delivery.

10 boxes of garden furniture were dropped off where I requested by two very pleasant delivery men.


I signed to say that I had received the boxes. Not that I had checked the contents. If I had done that before the delivery men left the would not have got many other deliveries done.

Having signed for the boxes and the men driven off I began to open the boxes and errect the furniture.

It was at this point I realised the table top of a fire pit table was smashed within the box.

I am not blaming anyone just pointing out the goods were damaged.

Not sure if before Fordeco collected, or damaged during transport.

I doubt this as when the wagon arrived all the packages were very well secured in the rear of the wagon so no chance of sliding or falling over..

But the table top was damaged .

Ordered some garden lights.
Dispatched and arrived in very good time.
Communication from the company was good.
Product packed well and arrived safely

Yodel claim to have delivered a package.
It has not arrived at my address.
The updates have suggested it has been out at least twice for delivery
One update claimed that there were problems.
