Really happy with this bike. Everything I was looking for which is quick journeys made easier. I live in a hilly area. The highest electric mode makes going up the hills very easy. On flats no electric is needed but you do fly with it on as well

Putting a review on to see if I can get a call from their complaints team...
I first got an email saying I may need to pay more than my current direct debit. Fine. Called up that day on the 27/01/21.
Told by the customer service team my “smart meter” had not been working for 8-9 months, so they have had no smart meter readings. Smart meters are there, like EON say to avoid unwanted bills, it’s their hold music ! So no one from EON contacted me in those times to tell me, just left to build up a £629, as I was unaware of the energy usage. 8-9 months no call or email from Eon to tell me this... why?
Raised a complaint obviously.
Spoke to a man, and basically all he offered was £10 off the bill for the inconvenience of the smart meter not working. Don’t make me laugh! £10!
Than the complaint goes higher to resolution team. Who don’t bother to call you. They first emailed me on the 21/02 with her view. Her name is Fiona Bird.
I then emailed her on the same day asking for a call. No one calls.
She replies to my email 24/02 asking for a time to call me. I say 08:30 am or after 17:00 or weekends.
25/02 no call. She emails me saying she had computer issues... we agree to call me the next day.
26/02 she calls! Great! Ah the signal goes bad straight away, and the call disconnects. I await a few minutes expecting Fiona to call again as I answered. No call. I then email her the same day saying why she hasn’t called me back because of the bad signal.
Fiona has chosen not to reply since the email on the 25/02. I do not understand why. Surely you would want to keep your customers happy. I’ve email her 4 times since and no reply.
Spoke to an online chat lady yesterday, seemed nice, Heelna, gave me a number to call but why should I call. I’m not chasing them and the number doesn’t work! Heelna appeared respectful but everyone does online. I guarantee if EON reply to this comment. It will start with “we are so sorry to hear this, please let us help you” bla bla bla “thanks for your review” bla bla bla.
The bigger companies are just so concerned with online reviews and they lose sight of keeping communication high with their current customers. It’s a sad world we live in.
But there is so much in the media about EON and sliding reviews, oh dear EON. But I’m sure your CEO is paid millions of pounds per year but the people who reply to complaints aren’t recognised enough like Fiona who just doesn’t reply. Sorry to say it, but it’s true. Honestly doesn’t bother me that much as you need to chase me. So go on call me, if you dare.

Never heard of Carshop before, but will be using again if I need a new car in the future. Brought my Mazda3 from the Swindon depot. Called up the customer service, nice and simple, answered all my questions. Price had been matched, and was a very good price, especially with the mileage. Anyway paid the deposit, then you do speak to like 3-4 different people next, which is okay but seemed a bit over the top with all the calls, but all nice staff. Collection day came and the guy there arranged for me to come earlier and gave me free 5 day drive away insurance as mine wasn’t kicking in for a couple of days. Again good service. Collected the car, it wasn’t the cleanest in all honestly. I felt a slight vibration which I didn’t think was normal, spoke to Swindon bloke who said bring it back straight away. They re-cleaned it as I asked for it. Couldn’t find the issue but was allowed to get it checked with Halfords, Carshop arranged this. Again excellent service. One of the motors needed changing in the electronic wind mirror, that’s all booked it.
4 stars because: excellent service, especially Graham at Swindon customer service. The cleaning of the car. And they should have noticed the wind mirror problem. Overall, a great experience, not “salesy” as I brought the car out right.
