A collection was booked for today. We received an email this morning stating the product would be collected between 12.27 and 13.27. At around 13.10 my wife checked her emails only to be confronted with a mail stating that the driver had been and the goods were not ready for collection. This is categorically not true ! We were in a waiting. My wife called DPD customer service and spent time talking Ravelation. He was no help at all and the only option seems to be for us to rebook a collection. There has been absolutely no willingness to help. The driver, Leon must be close and the customer friendly solution is for him to come today. DPD are unwilling to facilitate this and show no concern at all for the issue. Several items have not been delivered or simply left on the step in all weather. Are DPD the new Hermes ??

If I could give them zero, I would. I have been with Sky for over 25 years and I used to be able to pick un the phone and get help with any issues at all. I have been trapped in a conversation in WhatsApp, having previously been through the horrendous Chatbot tunnel. It's taken over an hour and I am getting nowhere. I feel undervalued. The service levels have dropped dramatically. I assume this is a cost cutting exercise, but I do feel it will result in a drop in customer numbers. Quite simply - horrible !

Every seem to be incapable of delivering to the correct address. Yet again, my parcel has been delivered to the house next door, my neighbour is away and so I have to wait. This happens all the time ! The delivery drivers are obviously on a very tight schedule and so they do not have time to check things properly. Getting the parcel delivered is more important that getting it delivered correctly.

Reasonable price and prompt delivery

Back in August I called Trailfinders and spoke to Joe Seabrook about a trip to Asia. he was extremely helpful and made some excellent suggestions on places to stay and a manageable itinerary. My wife and I have just returned home and the trip was excellent. I cannot find any fault with Trailfinders. The transfers ran like clockwork, the hotels were excellent and the service we received was absolutely first rate.

Competitive price and goods arrived next day.

I placed my order 4 days ago order (order NB18698) on the UK website. Only when I had completed the transaction did it become clear that the product would ship from China. It is a Christmas present and so I am concerned that it will not arrive in time. I have sent 3 e-mails, using the "contact us", system and I have had no reply. I have read other reviews and I see that the common claim is that the company has not received the mails. Hopefully, the company will not hide behind this here. I see no way to cancel the order and there is no way of contacting Nimbot by telephone. I simply need to know whether my order will arrive by Christmas and if not I need to cancel and nobody is responding. I find this level of service completely unacceptable.

Sadly, one of our party passed away suddenly and we have had to cancel at short notice. I cannot praise Golfbreaks customer service highly enough. When we made the booking, the staff were friendly and responsive. In recent days, they have handled the communication very sensitively and they have been very fair with the way that they have dealt with the financial side.

Just had a message stating the driver cannot find my address and to contact Evri. I have done so and had a conversation with a chatbot. What a waste of time. I ma still no closer to knowing when my delivery will arrive. Chatbots may be useful in some circumstances, but this has been a very unpleasant experience

I received and email with some attractive offers and I tried to log into my online account. Unfortunately, there was a problem and so I called the number on the website. Having spent 15 minutes on the phone and a further 35 minutes awaiting a resolution I was told that the issue had been raised with IT and it would be solved following day. This was 2 days ago. I have not received notification of a solution and I still cannot access my account. Why send offers that cannot be accessed. Extremely frustrating !!!!

I retuned an item (posted on the 5th December, delivered to the warehouse on the 7th December) and I am still awaiting a refund - 13 days later. I called to chase it up and I am told that it could take until the 29th December to get my money, which would mean 22 days since receipt of the parcel in the Jigsaw warehouse. At this time of year, when money is tight, I think it is an absolute disgrace that it takes so long. Other companies seem to be able to get money back in less that a week !

I recently had a suit made for my daughters wedding and the whole experience could not have been better. I had an initial consultation, which lasted about an hour. Toby helped me to choose a suitable fabric and took the necessary measurements. I went back a few weeks later and the fit is absolutely perfect. This is the first made to measure suit that I have owned and it has been well worth the money. I could not be happier with the service and the suit. I felt that my satisfaction was very important to Toby and he really wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted

I need to be at home when my order arrives. I was told it was coming on Friday, so I waited. I was told on Saturday morning that it would be delivered on Saturday, so I waited in. On Saturday afternoon, the information changed to "no delivery date". I have called Dockers and I am told that it could take 2 days for the to get back to me with information - Terrible service !!!!

Yodel tracking gave me a 2 hour window for a package that should have been delivered yesterday. nothing came. I was told via web chat and tracking that it would be here today. Still nothing. Now the tracking info says that there is no expected delivery date. I have to be in to receive delivery and there is no information at all about when it will now arrive. I can only make contact via the web chat and that is a wast of time as they can only tell me what is on the web site. There is no contact number and the information available is not accurate. Th service has been nothing short of diabolical !

Still waiting for my refund. cancelled the order, but they still delivered. Go outdoors have had my money for 4 weeks now. I am starting to think this is an intentional strategy to help cash flow - disgusting
